All orders placed on or before 14th December will be sent by Wednesday 18th December on Royal Mail 24 hour service to ensure they arrive in time for Christmas.
Please note we will be closed for Christmas Holidays from 14th December onwards.

The rest of the year... All bouquets are made to order and typically ship within 7 days. Our current despatch time is always stated in the banner at the top of the website.

Order by 3pm and choose the 'Express Order' option and your bouquet will be dispatched the next working day. (You'll find the express order option just above 'add to basket')
*During busy periods our express make option may be deactivated. If you need flowers in a hurry drop us a message to see what's possible.
Delivery Services in the UK
At Poppily Florist, we are dedicated to ensuring that your beautifully designed wooden flowers are delivered in excellent condition. We deliver exclusively within the British Mainland using selected courier services, depending on the delivery type selected.
Delivery Timing and Scheduling

Order Timing: During the checkout process, you can select your preferred delivery date. Please note that while we strive to meet these delivery dates, some options may not be guaranteed. Any limitations will be specified during the selection process and confirmed via email.

Peak Periods: Please be aware that during peak periods, such as the 15-day window leading up to and including major holidays like Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Easter Sunday, we begin processing orders earlier than usual. During these times, modifications or cancellations may require up to 10 days' notice due to the volume of deliveries.
Modifications and Cancellations

Changes to Your Order: Should you need to modify the details of your order, such as the delivery address or card message, we ask that you contact our Customer Support. We aim to accommodate last-minute changes but can only guarantee modifications requested by 9 am, three days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled by 9 am, three days before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. During peak delivery times, we require up to 10 days' notice for cancellations or changes due to early order processing.

Non-Delivery Policy: If the flowers have not arrived within 3 days of their intended delivery date, please contact our Customer Support. To qualify for a refund, we recommend reaching out within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
